Siba Quantity Surveyors was originally established in 1999 as an emerging contractor consulting company providing mostly tendering services to emerging contractors in the Western Cape. The company was adopted as a professional consulting quantity surveying and project management practice in June 2002. The members of the company are registered Professional Quantity Surveyors with the Council of South African Quantity Surveyors and are also Professional Members of the Association of South African Quantity Surveyors. Empowerment: The company is 100% owned by previously disadvantaged individuals and aims to uphold the principles of affirmative action in its operations. Directors and Experience: The directors of the company have a combined experience of over 35 yrs in professional consulting and are in a position to provide services for diverse and relatively large projects. |
